How to use it

Cooking instructions for a steam oven.
Steam 95° C: Shake the bag before use. Place the mixture with the bag in the GN pan in the preheated oven. Shake and turn the bag after 15 minutes and put it in the oven for another 9-12 minutes until the mixture has almost congealed. Leave the stew a little raw, as it will still cook in the heat bath. Cut the bag open, pour into a serving dish and break the structure of the mixture with a ball whisk. The temperature of the thermal bath is approx. 65° C. The preparation time may vary between oven brands.

The bag of mixture can also be cooked in hot water (99° C) for about 20 minutes, or pour it out of the bag into a pan/pot and cook it either in the oven or in a water bath.
