Munax Oy has been awarded the Finland Chamber of Commerce’s World-Class Employer label in spring 2026. The recognition demonstrates Munax’s responsible practices as an employer of international personnel and its commitment to continuous improvement. To date, the label has been granted to four companies in Finland. Other holders of the label are Fazer Oy, ISS Palvelut Oy, StaffPoint Oy, and Vahterus Oy.
Receiving the World-Class Employer label requires that a company has effective and well-developed practices for working with international staff. In everyday operations, this is reflected in areas such as values, attitudes, leadership, recruitment, onboarding, and a multilingual work environment. In addition, the company must identify its areas for development and actively implement improvements.
“However, everyday work in a multinational workplace also involves challenges: cultural differences and multiple languages can at times complicate smooth cooperation. That is precisely why this recognition reminds us that we still have work to do to promote open dialogue, equality, and ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard,” says Munax shop steward Milla Nordlund.
