10 g powder= 2,5 egg whites
1 tbsp = 5 g white egg powder
20 g protein= 22 g white egg powder
Mix the powder with a stick blender for best results, or let it swell in the fridge for an hour. 10 g of protein powder + 70 g of water equals 80 g of protein mass, (approx. 2.5 egg whites)
