The most significant advantage with the egg product compared to shell eggs, is that they are risk free. The products have been heat treated and are absolutely salmonella free.
Eggs however are heat sensitive, and may lose their functionality when pasteurized.
Munax special strength is the patented apparel for producing egg products – you won´t find the same equipment elsewhere in Scandinavia! The heating can be made in higher temperature than normally without making damage to the functionality of the egg. For this reason the egg products store longer with less preservatives.
At Munax, we can affect on the consistency and functionality of our egg products to make the use as easy and economical as possible for our customers. You get exactly what you need from the egg, just the yolk or only the egg white.
We can also make small batches of special egg products. If our customer prefers a pure organic product, that will be provided.
